How To Become A Registered Vendor With The State Of Alabama

Vendors must register with the State of Alabama in order to receive solicitations to bid. The State of Alabama's Vendor Registration Form and Commodity Class/Subclass Code Directory are both provided below. Print and fill out the vendor registration application (2 pages) and mail or fax your application to the following address: Applications downloaded and emailed will not be accepted.

• Products and Services Codes - (Commodity Class/Subclass Code Directory) - Refer to these Commodity Class/Subclass codes when filling out the Vendor Registration Form's "Products and Services" page to describe the products and/or services your firm provides.

• Professional Services Products and Services Codes - (Commodity Class./Subclass Code Directory - Refer to these for additional Commodity Class/Subclass when filling out the Vendor Registration Form's for Professional Services.

Vendor Registration Changes

If you are already a registered vendor with the State of Alabama and need to make changes to your vendor registration (i.e. address changes, add or delete commodity class/subclass), please send changes by mail or fax (use business letterhead), attention Tamara Norman. Include with the requested change(s) your business name, address, phone, and vendor ID number (FEIN number).
